Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our HR team in Riyadh. The role will partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with corporate objectives, driving employee engagement, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Manage employee relations and lead engagement initiatives.
• Oversee talent management, performance management, and succession planning processes.
• Identify learning and development needs and track outcomes.
• Support compensation and benefits programs, including market benchmarking.
• Utilize HR analytics for workforce planning and reporting.
• Lead and support organizational change projects.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 9–11 years of progressive HR experience with proven HRBP expertise.
• Experience in talent management, organizational change, and performance management.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in multi‑entity or shared‑services environments is a plus.
• SHRM, CIPD or HRCI certification is an advantage.
• High level of confidentiality, integrity and attention to detail.
