Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly competent Human Resources Manager to lead all HR functions for our new transformer manufacturing facility in Saudi Arabia. This hands‑on, Saudi‑based position will act as the primary HR partner on the ground, bridging the local workforce with the Chinese management team.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for local positions using platforms such as LinkedIn, Bayt.com, Naukri Gulf and the government portal Taqat, while meeting Saudization (Nitaqat) targets.
• Oversee employee onboarding, visa processing, orientation, benefits enrollment and off‑boarding, maintaining accurate records in the HRIS.
• Serve as the subject‑matter expert on Saudi Labor Law, GOSI and related regulations; handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions and labor inspections.
• Maintain HR data integrity, generate reports and dashboards on headcount, turnover, attendance and recruitment metrics.
• Facilitate cross‑cultural communication between Saudi staff and Chinese management, supporting performance management and policy localization.

Required profile

• Saudi‑based professional with deep knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Proven experience in end‑to‑end talent acquisition, employee lifecycle management and compliance.
• Strong ability to act as a cultural liaison and manage confidential HR data.
