Human Resources Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Human Resources Project Manager to lead and deliver HR transformation initiatives across the organization. The role involves overseeing end‑to‑end project lifecycles, coordinating with multiple functions, and driving process automation and digital change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end planning, execution, monitoring and delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables and resource requirements.
• Coordinate with HR functions, business stakeholders, Finance, IT, Procurement and external consultants or vendors.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, dependencies and issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms and provide regular status updates to senior management.
• Manage multiple HR initiatives simultaneously, ensuring alignment between interconnected projects.
• Support implementation of HR systems, process automation and digital transformation initiatives.
• Lead HR process improvement and standardisation initiatives across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in HR transformation, project management, consulting or strategic HR.
