Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor will lead the daily HR operations for SANKYU Saudi Arabia, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and compliance with local labour regulations. This role reports to senior management and works closely with all business units to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the HR team to maintain efficient workflow and productivity.
• Manage the full hiring cycle, from job posting to interviewing and onboarding new hires.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts and promote a supportive work environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and Saudi labour laws.
• Coordinate employee training programmes and support professional development initiatives.
• Supervise payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, General Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, HRCI or CHRP are preferred.
