Human Resources Supervisor

About the role

The Human Resources Supervisor leads daily HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with policies and labor legislation. This position reports to senior management and works closely with all departments to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise HR team members, monitor workflow, and drive productivity.
• Manage the full hiring cycle: job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and promote a supportive environment.
• Ensure strict adherence to company policies and local, state, and federal labor laws.
• Coordinate training programs and support professional development initiatives.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Conduct performance reviews and employee evaluations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, General Administration, Administrative Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of overall HR experience.
• At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Preferred certifications: CIPD, SHRM, HRCI, CHRP.
