Kids Club Supervisor

About the role

The Kids Club Supervisor leads the branch’s children’s zone and work/study lounge, ensuring every family enjoys a safe, seamless, and memorable experience from arrival to departure. You will manage daily operations, staff, and the activity programme while upholding the highest safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the entire branch, including the kids’ zone and study lounge, delivering a complete client journey.
• Plan, coordinate, and run the activities calendar, leading sessions on the floor.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the team, conducting daily briefings before opening.
• Enforce child‑safety protocols, maintain branch standards, and monitor occupancy and incidents.
• Track client satisfaction and report metrics to the Project Manager.
• Raise all branch needs (maintenance, events, orders) through the designated system.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, or supervision, preferably with children or families.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Early Childhood Education, or Business.
• Fluent in Arabic and professional proficiency in English.
• Ability to lead a small team, make quick decisions on the floor, and maintain a warm, patient demeanor.
• Full alignment with a five‑star service culture.
• Willingness to obtain pediatric first‑aid and CPR certification within 30 days if not already held.
