Managing Director – Luxury Hotel Portfolio (Riyadh)

About the role

The Managing Director will be the distinguished leader and brand ambassador for three iconic luxury hotels – Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Canopy – within The Avenues Riyadh development. Reporting to senior Hilton leadership, you will drive strategic, operational and commercial excellence across the portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the strategic, operational and commercial performance of three luxury hotels (Waldorf Astoria, Conrad and Canopy) within The Avenues Riyadh.
• Shape and oversee a curated luxury guest journey, ensuring each brand delivers a distinctive market‑leading experience.
• Drive revenue growth, financial and asset management, and uphold brand compliance across the portfolio.
• Manage relationships with owners, stakeholders and regional partners, representing the Hilton brand.
• Foster a culture of excellence, talent readiness and high performance among team members.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years (120 months) of senior hospitality leadership experience.
• Proven track record in multi‑property or regional hotel management.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience in revenue management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large teams and drive operational excellence.
