Market Executive – Business Development (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

We are looking for a Market Executive to drive business development for our hotel partners in Saudi Arabia. You will support relationship management, onboarding new hotels and coordinate cross‑functional projects to enhance the customer experience and grow market performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain strong relationships with local hotel partners and act as the main point of contact.
• Guide new hotel partners on using the extranet system, managing rates, availability and inventory.
• Assist with hotel onboarding, including account setup, mapping and ARI management.
• Resolve partner issues such as accounting discrepancies, reservation notifications and rate‑parity concerns.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Analyse production data, prepare business review reports and recommend follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate merchandising activities, special deals and promotions for hotel partners.
• Execute operational projects that improve customer experience and drive business growth.
• Manage hotel accounts to support overall market performance.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development or revenue/yield management within online travel, hospitality or e‑commerce.
• Highly proactive, detail‑oriented and able to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with a collaborative, results‑driven mindset.
