Marketing & Employer Relations Officer

About the role

Connecting Saudi is looking for motivated and well‑connected Marketing & Employer Relations Officers to develop relationships with companies that need skilled, semi‑skilled and general workers. The role is focused on identifying employer staffing needs, presenting recruitment solutions and securing workforce‑service contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify companies with current or upcoming workforce requirements.
• Contact employers via telephone, email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other professional channels.
• Engage with business owners, HR, procurement, project and operations managers.
• Arrange and attend virtual or in‑person meetings, and visit companies when necessary.
• Present Connecting Saudi’s recruitment and workforce‑support services professionally.
• Gather detailed information on occupations, numbers, qualifications, salaries, benefits, contract terms and deployment schedules.
• Generate qualified employer inquiries and help secure workforce‑service contracts.
• Prepare professional emails, presentations, proposals and follow‑up communications.
• Coordinate employer requirements with internal recruitment, documentation and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, meetings, inquiries, follow‑ups and contract progress.
• Submit regular activity and achievement reports to management.
• Protect the company’s reputation, business information and client confidentiality.
