Marketing & Social Media Specialist

About the role

The Marketing & Social Media Specialist will plan and execute marketing activities while managing the company's digital channels. The role aims to strengthen brand awareness, increase audience engagement, and achieve defined marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media platforms.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies and content plans.
• Manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Maintain and update the company's Google Business Profile (Google Maps).
• Monitor, analyse, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers, content creators, and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and propose creative ideas and campaigns.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing and social media management.
• Previous experience in the real estate sector is preferred.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of social media management.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience managing Google Business Profile.
• Ability to develop marketing strategies and analyse campaign performance.
• Excellent content creation and communication skills.
