Marketplace/Retail Senior Coordinator

About the role

PepsiCo is looking for a Marketplace/Retail Senior Coordinator to drive sales performance across its retail network in Saudi Arabia. You will lead a team of sales representatives, ensure compliance with execution standards, and help the business achieve both short‑term and long‑term sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and achieve sales targets for the assigned area, balancing short‑term goals with long‑term growth.
• Supervise SSFL distribution centre and stockist routes, conducting regular visits to ensure compliance with SSFL execution standards.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to improve productivity and performance.
• Implement company sales plans to exceed volume and fundamentals targets.
• Update and maintain a performance database, analysing results against key business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in FMCG sales or retail coordination.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a sales team in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service orientation.
