Medical Sales Specialist – Outpatient Services

About the role

The Medical Sales Specialist (Outpatient Services) will drive patient volume and revenue for Baraya’s specialized rehabilitation clinics. This high‑energy position focuses on building a steady pipeline of medical referrals from private clinics, hospital OPDs, orthopedic centers, and corporate wellness programs.

Key responsibilities

• Generate daily and weekly outpatient referrals for orthopedic post‑op, neurological, pediatric, and sports injury tracks.
• Manage a designated territory with frequent visits to private clinics, polyclinics, and hospital OPDs, promoting cash‑pay and corporate health packages.
• Conduct in‑service presentations, clinical demos, and lunch‑and‑learn sessions for physicians and staff.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Saudi private insurance networks, CHI regulations, and approval processes to guide physicians and accelerate patient appointments.
• Track market pricing, competitor offerings, and emerging rehabilitation trends; record all activity in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related clinical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in medical sales, healthcare business development, or related commercial roles.
• Strong understanding of outpatient rehabilitation services and Saudi insurance landscape.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and activity tracking.
