New Accounts Manager – Marketplace (Saudi National)

About the role

Join Amazon’s Seller Services team in Riyadh and help small and medium‑sized businesses launch and grow on the world’s largest e‑commerce platform. You will acquire new sellers, guide them through Amazon’s standards, and turn data‑driven insights into tangible business results.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect and recruit high‑potential sellers via phone, email and other channels.
• Prioritise and manage a pipeline of sellers to consistently meet or exceed quarterly acquisition targets.
• Provide new sellers with data‑driven advice to optimise product listings, inventory and performance.
• Educate sellers on Amazon’s delivery and customer‑experience standards and enable them to use Amazon tools independently.
• Analyse category trends, popular brands and pricing to tailor pitches and recommendations.
• Track, report and interpret business‑development metrics for your seller portfolio.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of sales or account‑management experience.
• At least 2 years in digital advertising and client‑facing roles.
• Strong analytical ability to assess performance drivers and interpret data.
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and analysis.
