OE Sales Manager – Centrifugal Pumps

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and technically proficient Original Equipment Sales Manager to lead and grow sales of centrifugal pumps (API 610) in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on the oil & gas, petrochemical and power sectors, requiring strong sales leadership and project management experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for API‑610 centrifugal pumps.
• Identify and target new customers, markets and applications, achieving sales targets and market‑share growth.
• Lead technical and commercial discussions with EPCs, OEMs, consultants and end‑users, managing long‑cycle sales processes including tenders and RFQs.
• Build and maintain relationships with major end‑users and static accounts, conducting visits, presentations and business reviews.
• Coordinate with engineering, proposal, execution and service teams to ensure timely quotations and project delivery, and support contract hand‑over.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s a plus) with 15+ years of experience in rotating equipment, including at least 5 years in a senior sales role.
• In‑depth knowledge of OEMs, engineering standards and API‑610 specifications.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, fluency in English.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and the MS Office suite.
