Operations & Expansion Manager – Café Chain

About the role

The Operations & Expansion Manager will lead the culture, strategy and growth of our café chain across the country. You will be responsible for driving brand development, opening new locations, and ensuring day‑to‑day operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the operations strategy aligned with brand identity.
• Lead a team of branch managers and the national retail stores team.
• Analyze financial data, forecast sales, and prepare annual and seasonal budgets.
• Set and monitor revenue, profit and cash targets, achieving defined KPIs.
• Identify and secure new business partnerships and growth opportunities.
• Oversee store standards for quality, customer service, health & safety, and visual merchandising.
• Manage stock levels, promotions, and special events.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adapt store operations.
• Coordinate with local authorities, media, malls and community stakeholders.
• Lead projects from concept design to occupancy, representing the company in all project meetings.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in multi‑unit retail or food‑service operations.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management, budgeting and forecasting.
• Strategic thinker capable of driving brand expansion and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
