Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant to join our team in Riyadh. The consultant will support implementation and post‑go‑live activities for Oracle Human Resources modules, ensuring the solution meets business needs and operates smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and support Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, Learning Management and Talent Management modules.
• Configure Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, Special Information Types and security profiles.
• Gather functional requirements, perform fit‑gap analysis and produce design, specification and test documentation.
• Develop and maintain HRMS workflows, approval processes and API hooks for data migration using Oracle HR APIs.
• Provide production support, create training materials and assist end‑users with system issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of experience in Oracle ERP implementation or support.
• Ability to work independently and communicate clearly within integrated project teams.
• Arabic language skills are a plus.
