About the role

We are seeking a passionate Pastry Commis I specializing in cake display to join the culinary team of a prestigious 5‑star luxury hotel on the Red Sea. In this full‑time position you will support senior pastry chefs in creating visually stunning cakes and pastries that enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, baking, and finishing of a variety of cakes and pastries.
• Create and maintain attractive cake displays in line with hotel standards.
• Ensure all products meet the highest quality and visual appeal requirements.
• Follow food hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
• Work efficiently under the supervision of senior pastry chefs in a fast‑paced kitchen.
• Support inventory management and proper storage of pastry ingredients.
