Product Manager

About the role

The Product Manager bridges business and technical teams to deliver products that meet business goals, customer needs, and market demands. The role owns requirements, drives Agile delivery, and ensures product quality through structured acceptance testing.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams to ensure product goals are met.
• Analyze product plans and technical requirements, and oversee their implementation.
• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies to manage workflows and ensure teams meet deadlines.
• Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder input.
• Facilitate sprint planning and retrospectives with development teams.
• Manage and organize tasks and backlogs using tools such as JIRA.
• Write User Stories and monitor their execution with development teams.
• Lead and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure product quality.
• Prepare and maintain business requirements and related documentation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align the product with market needs and customer requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in product management, product ownership, or a related role in a technology environment.
• Proven hands‑on experience with Agile and Scrum delivery.
• Practical experience using JIRA or similar project management tools.
• Experience writing User Stories and leading UAT cycles.
• Certifications such as CSPO, PSPO, or PMP are a plus.
