Receptionist - Airport Lounge

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our airport lounge team. You will be the first point of contact for lounge guests, ensuring a smooth check‑in process and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Greet lounge guests and assist them with a warm, professional approach.
• Manage guest check‑in, verify eligibility for lounge access and handle inquiries.
• Coordinate with the operations team to guarantee a seamless guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
• Ensure compliance with lounge service standards and company procedures.

Required profile

• Saudi national.
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in reception, customer service, hospitality, aviation or a related field is preferred.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive, service‑oriented attitude.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
