Receptionist – Tamayyaz Program (Saudi Nationals Only)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Receptionist to join the Tamayyaz Program at Novotel Al Anoud in Riyadh. As the first point of contact for guests, you will help create a warm and welcoming atmosphere while supporting the hotel’s digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional manner.
• Handle check‑ins and check‑outs efficiently.
• Manage reservations and respond to inquiries via phone, email and in‑person.
• Provide information about hotel services, local attractions and amenities.
• Coordinate with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry and report generation.
• Maintain a clean and organized front‑desk area.
• Address and resolve guest concerns promptly.

Required profile

• Saudi nationality (Tamayyaz Program is for Saudi nationals only).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Little to no work experience; fresh graduates or up to 6 months of relevant experience are encouraged.
• Basic English language skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of hotel management software (a plus).
