Regional Sales Manager Food Service

About the role

Procapita Group is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead Food Service sales across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and ensuring profitability while managing a team of Unit Managers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue, profit and market‑share targets.
• Lead, mentor and coach Unit Managers covering Jeddah, Makkah, Medina, South, East and Central regions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key HORECA customers.
• Own annual sales planning, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain and the Commercial Director on promotions, product availability and overall strategy.
• Manage regional budgets and drive cost‑effective, profitable growth.
• Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to stay ahead of the competition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive sales management experience, preferably in Food Service or FMCG.
• Proven track record leading regional or multi‑location sales teams.
• Experience with high‑profile HORECA clients is a plus.
• Strong leadership, decision‑making and conflict‑resolution abilities.
