Reservations Agent (Saudi National Talent)

About the role

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Saudi national to join its reservations team. You will be the first point of contact for guests, travel agents and partners, ensuring a seamless booking experience that reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to reservation‑related emails within 24 hours, prioritising current and upcoming bookings.
• Answer incoming calls within three rings, using proper greetings and adhering to IFH & LQA standards.
• Collect and update guest details (repeat guests, passport copies, flight information, special occasions, preferences) in the Opera system.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette at all times.
• Read reservation correspondence thoroughly to capture special requests and relay them to the appropriate departments.
• Communicate last‑minute changes—new bookings, cancellations, or additional information—to relevant teams promptly.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of customer‑service or hospitality experience, preferably in a 5‑star hotel environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work with Front Office, Finance, and F&B teams.
• Proven professionalism when interacting with guests, travel agents, tour operators and DMC partners.
• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management is advantageous.
