About the role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking a motivated Reservations Agent to join its Saudi team. The role focuses on converting booking enquiries into confirmed reservations while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound reservation enquiries via phone, email and chat.
- Convert enquiries into sales, upsell services and maximize profitability.
- Maintain accurate reservation records and ensure all guest preferences are captured.
- Monitor market demand and adjust pricing or offers to meet targets.
- Collaborate with the reservations team to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Positive, "Yes I Can!" attitude with flexibility.
- Strong verbal communication and attention to detail.
- Creative problem‑solver who enjoys a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player committed to delivering extraordinary service.
