Retail Support Operations Associate – Jeddah Airport

About the role

We are looking for an Associate in Retail Support Operations (RSO) to work at Jeddah Airport. The role focuses on maintaining product availability, accurate inventory, and visual merchandising standards across a high‑traffic duty‑free environment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute visual merchandising guidelines, set up promotional and seasonal displays, and ensure correct pricing and signage.
• Perform daily stock replenishment from the stockroom to the sales floor, maintain minimum/maximum stock levels, and coordinate urgent transfers with the warehouse.
• Conduct daily, weekly and cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support inventory audits.
• Follow operational, safety, security and airport retail regulations, and prepare inventory and stock availability reports.

Required profile

• High School Diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 1‑2 years of experience in retail operations, merchandising, stock control or inventory management.
• Experience in duty‑free, airport retail, supermarket or high‑volume retail is an advantage.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
