About the role
The Rigs Hospitality Coordinator supports daily catering operations on offshore rigs, handling administrative tasks and ensuring smooth meal services for crew members.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare weekly supervisor requests for the Catering Rig Manager.
- Encode weekly overtime reports after supervisor verification.
- Check and verify petty cash reimbursements.
- Prepare recharge memorandums for special supplies and invoice clients.
- Collect signed meal returns from the Camp Boss for Finance submission.
- Update issued items in the SAP system.
- Coordinate daily meals, inventory, and petty cash with camp managers and the Boss.
