Room Attendant – Six Senses Amaala

About the role

As a Room Attendant at Six Senses Amaala you will support the brand’s vision of sustainability, wellness and extraordinary guest experiences. You will work closely with the Housekeeping Supervisor to ensure rooms are prepared to the highest luxury standards for guests arriving at the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily arrivals and coordinate room readiness according to occupancy reports.
• Stock and replenish trolley supplies, guest amenities, brochures and information materials.
• Remove and replace furniture, curtains or fixtures that require repair, cleaning or waxing.
• Change bed linen, pillowcases and ensure all rooms meet Six Senses resort policies.
• Provide turn‑down service, restock minibars and maintain LQA standards.
• Apply cleaning procedures, use chemicals safely and maintain housekeeping equipment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality diploma preferred.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a luxury hotel housekeeping environment.
• Fluent English with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused setting.

Required skills

• MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
• Cleaning procedures and proper use of chemicals.
