Sales Executive – Saudi Market (Hospitality)

About the role

Novotel Al Anoud, a premium Accor hotel in Riyadh, is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth and expand its client base across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on building strong relationships with corporate and leisure customers while promoting the hotel’s hospitality services.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and nurture long‑term client relationships.
• Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and revenue teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends, prepare regular sales reports, and present insights to management.
• Represent Novotel Al Anoud at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Proven sales track record, preferably within the Saudi market.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong understanding of Saudi business culture and local regulations.
• Saudi nationality is mandatory.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office Suite.
• Experience using CRM software.
