Sales Manager – Hotel Revenue & Business Development

About the role

The Sales Manager will lead revenue growth for a Mövenpick hotel within the Accor network. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans across corporate, government, leisure, travel trade, MICE and social event segments, ensuring the hotel meets its occupancy, meeting‑room and F&B targets while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue goals.
• Prospect new business and secure contracts across all market segments.
• Maintain and deepen relationships with corporate accounts, government entities, travel agencies and key decision‑makers.
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and hotel presentations.
• Negotiate rates, contracts and business agreements in line with hotel policies.
• Manage a portfolio of key accounts, conduct regular reviews and develop growth plans.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Reservations to maximise yield.
• Monitor competitor activity, market trends and pricing strategies.
• Support events and catering sales, promoting weddings, conferences and outside catering.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system and produce sales forecasts and reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hotel sales, business development or related hospitality sales roles.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with corporate, government and travel‑trade clients.
• Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
• Collaborative mindset to work with revenue, reservations, F&B and events teams.
