Sales Supervisor – FMCG

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor to lead our FMCG sales activities in Al Baha. The role involves overseeing cash‑van salesmen and pre‑sellers, ensuring all transactions are performed with registered customers and processed through the company’s HHC system.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a customer contact plan to launch products and drive sales campaigns.
• Act as the first point of contact for customer queries and complaints, providing timely resolutions.
• Clarify customer needs during sales calls, present standard materials, and assess interest levels.
• Identify and create sales opportunities by networking within the territory and representing the company at trade shows.
• Match customer requirements with appropriate product propositions and negotiate purchases under standard terms.
• Monitor and support team usage of the CRM system, resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to champion customer focus and maintain strong relationships.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory codes, and conduct standards.
• Set performance objectives, track results, and drive continuous improvement for self and team.

Required profile

• Experience supervising sales activities in the FMCG sector.
• Strong ability to communicate with customers and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in managing CRM data and monitoring team performance.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and internal policies.
• Capability to set and achieve performance targets.
