Salesperson – Jeddah

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Salesperson to join our team in Jeddah. You will engage directly with customers, understand their needs, and guide them to the right products or services while meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, identify needs, and provide a professional sales experience.
• Present product features, benefits, pricing, promotions, warranties and options clearly.
• Recommend suitable solutions, upsell and cross‑sell complementary items.
• Process orders, invoices, payments, returns and exchanges accurately using approved systems.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to support retention.
• Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues when needed.
• Maintain organized product displays, accurate pricing and promotional materials.
• Keep up‑to‑date with product knowledge, market trends and competitor activity.
• Record customer interactions and sales activities in the system and provide regular performance reports.
