Senior HRS Analyst

About the role

The Senior HRS Analyst will support Saudi Telecom Company’s Human Resources function by gathering, analysing and reporting HR data across the organisation. The role acts as a primary contact for internal customers, helping to clarify HR processes and improve service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine activities within the specified scope.
• Coordinate internally to identify competencies required for jobs within each sector and monitor usage of STC’s competency dictionary under senior guidance.
• Collate data for HR processes (training needs, high‑potential information, workforce requirements, employee engagement) by coordinating with various sectors.
• Review administrative tasks in the design of end‑to‑end HR processes, ensuring compliance with established standards.
• Gather requirements and data for periodic surveys on salary structure, grading methodology, employee engagement, internal customer satisfaction and leadership performance (360° surveys).
• Receive and resolve queries and complaints related to HR surveys as the first point of contact.
• Consolidate HR material (training, policy, organization structure, workforce optimisation, engagement reports, benchmark data) and update the document database.
• Collect employee feedback on the HR services provided to the business.
• Coordinate with external consultants and support payment procedures when required.
• Prepare technical HR reports in a timely manner.
• Identify recurring process issues and recommend improvements.
• Assist with routine work and escalate issues as necessary.
• Liaise within the team to build effective working relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
• 2‑4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in corporate academies, leadership or executive development.
