Senior Oncology Product Specialist

About the role

The Senior Oncology Product Specialist will support healthcare providers by delivering clinical information, education, and training on our oncology portfolio. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and fostering strong relationships with key opinion leaders and multidisciplinary teams in cancer institutions.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve communicated sales targets for the oncology portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Identify and engage with key opinion leaders, oncologists, nurses, pharmacists, and other decision‑makers to maximize product usage.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to develop and execute territory plans and marketing strategies.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the competitive landscape, hospital protocols, formulary processes, and ethics committee requirements.
• Work with Market Access and Logistics to ensure sufficient inventory at hospital pharmacies.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in oncology.
• University degree in a healthcare‑related field (pharmacy, medical, etc.).
• Experience in the West & South Region is a plus.
• Ability to interact with all levels of customers, including scientific leaders.
