Senior Parts & Service Sales Representative

About the role

The Senior Parts & Service Sales Representative will drive parts and service revenue across an assigned territory, building long‑term relationships with customers in the heavy‑equipment sector. You will act as the technical liaison, delivering cost‑effective maintenance solutions while meeting aggressive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for parts and service.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with assigned customers.
• Perform equipment inspections (CTS, SOS, TA) and recommend optimal maintenance actions.
• Continuously update territory data on customers, equipment, market activity, competition and lost sales.
• Identify and report sales opportunities across all company divisions.
• Conduct regular site visits, prepare call reports and follow up on identified opportunities.
• Promote company parts and service programs, campaigns and initiatives.
• Uphold a professional image and the highest level of integrity in all dealings.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of post‑apprenticeship experience in product support with CAT or a recognized heavy‑equipment dealership.
• Advanced level of English.

• Basic mechanical engineering skills.
