About the role
The Senior Sales professional will lead sales excellence in a luxury boutique, driving commercial performance and nurturing high‑value client relationships. Reporting to the Store Manager, the role combines sales leadership, client development, and team coaching while upholding the brand’s luxury service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and support the boutique in meeting overall sales objectives.
- Identify business opportunities, drive conversion, and increase average transaction value.
- Build and maintain relationships with VIP and high‑value clients, overseeing client outreach and CRM activities.
- Coach and onboard new sales executives, share product knowledge, and monitor team performance.
- Support daily boutique operations, visual merchandising, inventory accuracy, and compliance with brand standards.
- Deliver exceptional luxury customer experiences, resolve service issues, and support VIP events.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3–5 years of luxury retail experience with a proven sales track record.
- Experience serving VIP clients and strong client‑eling capabilities.
- Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and relationship‑building skills.
