Senior Service Sales Engineer (Saudi Nationals)

About the role

Carrier, a global provider of HVAC, refrigeration, fire, security and cold chain solutions, is hiring a Senior Service Sales Engineer in Dammam, KSA. This is a permanent position open only to Saudi nationals. The role covers sales activities and customer relationship management for service and aftermarket business, including service agreements and service repairs.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and proposals, follow up on service sales enquiries (service repair, maintenance contracts) and lead negotiations at profitable levels
• Achieve order bookings on time, meet sales metrics and annual targets, and prepare the monthly sales forecast for management
• Manage existing customers and develop new ones, understand their business and build relationships that drive service revenue
• Provide professional proposals, offerings and technical support for digitalised service sales
• Collect payments and run customer visits to grow sales, market share and product awareness

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Mechanical Engineering preferred) or MBA
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the HVAC industry
• Experience selling service contracts and service sales
• Proficiency in English and Arabic
• Sales and negotiation skills
