Store Manager

About the role

The Store Manager oversees consistent operational excellence and holds full P&L responsibility, ensuring adherence to brand compliance. The role covers planning, strategizing and running efficient store operations and financial outcomes, developing staff capabilities and improving customer service. It is based in Riyadh.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver operational standards in visual merchandising, stock availability, customer service and safety, keeping displays standardized and implementing agreed security controls for stock.
• Work with merchandising and buying teams on stock turnover, ordering levels and slow/fast-moving items, and ensure IT systems run smoothly.
• Handle permits and licenses, plan and account for sales and profits, review monthly P&L reports, and develop marketing and promotional plans.
• Manage product ordering, receiving, pricing and damaged or returned goods, and conduct daily floor walks to coach staff.
• Train staff on customer service, monitor customer feedback, benchmark sales growth and analyse competitor performance with the Regional Manager.
• Hire, train and develop employees, maintain adequate staffing, motivate and evaluate staff, follow HR and health and safety procedures, and build a succession plan.
• Manage finances including sales, manpower and expenses, prepare annual budgets with the Area Manager, issue financial reports on time, and oversee invoices, credit notes and petty cash.

Required profile

• Graduate degree required.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in retail and wholesale.
• Experience with premium fashion brands is essential.
• Able to meet targets and handle KPIs, with strong commercial acumen and customer focus.
