About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Store Manager to lead our Zara outlet, driving sales performance while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will be responsible for developing a motivated team, maintaining visual standards, and optimizing store operations.

Key responsibilities

Set and execute sales targets to increase profitability.
Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to ensure high productivity.
Maintain an orderly, presentable appearance of the store at all times.
Oversee stock management and daily store operations.

Required profile

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in store management.
Customer‑centric mindset with a positive attitude.
