Supply Chain Planning Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Supply Chain Planning Manager to own demand, supply, inventory and S&OP processes across stores, e‑commerce, wholesale, export and international markets. The role will balance product availability with the need to minimise excess and slow‑moving stock.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly demand planning cycle for all categories, SKUs and channels.
• Build statistical forecasts using historical sales, seasonality, promotions, new launches and market signals.
• Collaborate with Sales, Retail, Marketing, Finance and Operations to validate assumptions and align forecasts with business plans.
• Translate demand forecasts into supply, purchase, production and replenishment plans.
• Coordinate the S&OP process, aligning demand, supply, financial targets, capacity and risk considerations.
• Define and maintain inventory policies (safety stock, reorder points, ABC classification, service‑level targets) per SKU and channel.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
• Report supply risks, shortages, excess inventory and capacity constraints to senior management.
• Support new store openings, seasonal peaks, product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP and demand‑planning systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 6–9 years of experience in demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, replenishment or S&OP, preferably in retail, FMCG, cosmetics, luxury goods or fashion.
• Strong analytical ability and experience working with large data sets.
• Proven track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory performance.
