Supply Planning Analyst

About the role

The Supply Planning Analyst will coordinate short, medium and long‑term material requirements across the business network, ensuring alignment with plant schedules and capacity plans. This role supports customer service delivery by managing inventory levels and driving efficient category planning.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and balance goods requirements and material flows across the network, linking closely with plants to meet schedule and capacity targets.
• Maintain inventory levels in line with target expectations and customer service agreements.
• Oversee category planning performance and efficiency within the business platform.
• Address significant capacity challenges across markets and communicate impacts to business contracts.
• Assess short‑term feasibility requests from all locations.
• Provide consolidated input for monthly Executive Supply Reviews.
• Mentor and coach junior supply planners within the platform team.
• Collaborate extensively with multiple functions and senior stakeholders across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business.
• Minimum 4 years of operational management experience in supply planning processes.
