Talent Director – Riyadh

About the role

Our client, a leading regional conglomerate, is seeking a Talent Director based in Riyadh to lead the talent agenda and support the organisation's continued growth. The role will shape and execute talent strategies, strengthen organisational capabilities, and build a strong pipeline of talent across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Drive succession planning and leadership development programmes.
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organisational capability.
• Enhance organisational effectiveness through talent development initiatives.
• Ensure HR priorities are tightly integrated with overall business goals.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in senior talent or HR roles.
• Proven track record in talent management and organisational development.
• Experience developing and executing talent strategies that support business growth.
• Strong background in succession planning and leadership development.
• Ability to work closely with senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Saudi national, in compliance with KSA regulations for HR positions.
