Valet Parker – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

Rotana Hotels & Resorts is looking for a passionate and dynamic Valet Parker to join our Front Office team. You will be the first point of contact for guests arriving by car, ensuring a smooth, courteous, and efficient parking experience that reflects our high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival, issue parking tickets promptly, and park vehicles safely.
• Return cars to guests within five minutes of request.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services and answer guest queries.
• Conduct handover at shift start, gathering information from the previous team.
• Perform control tours at the main entrance to ensure maximum cleanliness.
• Forward any guest complaints or issues to supervisors.
• Safeguard all guest car keys and keep accurate records of parked vehicles.
• Maintain good public relations with guests, meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Support airport and crew transportation flow when applicable.
• Adhere to UAE driving regulations and company safety standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of experience in a similar valet or hospitality role.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Holder of a valid driving licence for the country of operation.
• Well‑presented, outgoing, and friendly attitude.
• Proactive, reliable, and able to stay calm under pressure.
