VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist

About the role

The VIP & Hospitality Sales Senior Specialist drives revenue and premium guest experiences for Al Ahli Club Company. You will sell and operate VIP hospitality products such as Sky Boxes, Gold and Silver sections, ensuring every high‑value guest enjoys a flawless matchday.

Key responsibilities

• Generate sales of VIP and hospitality packages through proactive outreach, relationship building and renewals.
• Own end‑to‑end matchday delivery of all VIP sections, from setup to post‑match service.
• Coordinate catering, food‑and‑beverage service and vendor logistics for VIP areas on matchday.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with corporate buyers, high‑net‑worth clients and VIP guests.
• Collaborate with the VIP & Hospitality Operations Sr. Specialist to ensure consistent quality across all touchpoints.
• Track sales performance, occupancy rates and client satisfaction; report on revenue contribution and renewal trends.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and develop new premium experiences.
• Work with Partnerships and Marketing to integrate sponsor activations within VIP and hospitality zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in VIP sales, hospitality management or premium account management, preferably in sports, luxury events or high‑end hospitality.
• Proven ability to sell and deliver premium experiences to high‑net‑worth individuals and corporate clients.
• Hands‑on experience managing matchday or event‑day operations in a hospitality setting.
• Experience with CRM tools, client relationship management and F&B coordination.
