About the role
ARM Groups is seeking enthusiastic waiters to join its hospitality team in Riyadh. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth operation of food and beverage services.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests promptly and courteously.
- Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues on the spot.
Required profile
- Valid Iqama (residence permit) is mandatory.
- Transferable Iqama preferred.
- At least 1 year of relevant waiter or hospitality experience.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).

- Strong communication abilities.
- Customer‑service orientation.
- Hospitality mindset.
