Waiter – Guest Service Expert

About the role

As a Waiter (Guest Service Expert) you will help create memorable dining experiences for hotel guests. You will be responsible for setting tables, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables according to hotel standards.
• Communicate guest orders accurately to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, work stations, and service supplies.
• Assist with inventory checks and restocking of service items.
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in food‑and‑beverage service.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 lb unassisted (50 lb with assistance).
