Waiter – Guest Service Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Waiter to join our team at Radisson Hotel Group. In this role you will ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience by delivering attentive service, taking accurate orders, and coordinating with the kitchen and management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately.
• Serve meals and drinks promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints with a positive attitude.
• Work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment, multitasking as needed.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen staff and management.
• Maintain a friendly demeanor and adhere to health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a waiter in a hotel setting.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of the menu to assist guests.
