About the role
The Ritz-Carlton, AMAALA is seeking a professional waiter to deliver exceptional dining experiences on its exclusive island resort. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment, serving guests who expect the finest service.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience.
- Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages according to the highest service standards.
- Maintain clean and well‑set tables and service areas.
- Handle guest requests, resolve concerns promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
- Support opening and closing duties, including stock checks and area preparation.
Required profile
- Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant, lounge, or similar hospitality venue.
- Professional, guest‑first attitude with strong reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work rotating shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Comfortable living and working on a remote island location.
Required skills
- Good English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
