Waiter/Waitress – Serve Guests in Jeddah/Riyadh

About the role

As a Waiter/Waitress you will welcome guests, take orders and serve food and beverages in our dining venues in Jeddah and Riyadh. You will ensure a pleasant experience by delivering high‑quality service and maintaining a clean environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other beverages with attention to quality and presentation.
• Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide menu recommendations and answer guest questions about food and drinks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and dining area.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring accurate payment processing.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Assist in setting up and cleaning the dining area, including restocking supplies as needed.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a service crew, barista or waiter.
• Strong customer service attitude with a friendly and positive demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
