About the role
The Worker Welfare Manager will lead the implementation and monitoring of worker welfare standards on the project, ensuring compliance with Qiddiya requirements and Saudi labor regulations. This role reports to the Project Director and works closely with senior management and on‑site teams.
Key responsibilities
- Ensure all internal and relevant external parties comply with Qiddiya worker welfare requirements.
- Oversee worker welfare, safety, and rights, promoting ethical working conditions.
- Monitor and enforce compliance with local labor standards and corporate policies.
- Coordinate welfare matters with senior management of any party lacking a qualified individual.
- Support and supervise Welfare Officers or deputies in delivering welfare programs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or worker welfare, preferably within the Middle East region.
- Proven ability to manage welfare programs in large construction or infrastructure projects.
