Medical Representative – Dermatological Skincare (Hospital Line)

About the role

Galderma is seeking a Medical Representative to promote its dermatological skincare portfolio within the hospital line in Jeddah. You will work directly with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders to drive product recommendation, business growth, and customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

• Execute planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals according to territory coverage plans.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with pharmacists, pharmacy chains, and key retail stakeholders.
• Promote Galderma brands through scientific promotion, professional customer service, and effective relationship management.
• Ensure product visibility and optimal positioning across assigned pharmacy accounts.
• Monitor product availability and stock levels to avoid shortages.
• Implement commercial and marketing plans, including in‑store activations, promotional campaigns, merchandising activities, and pharmacy education initiatives.
• Conduct product detailing, presentations, and educational sessions for pharmacists and pharmacy staff.
• Organise and support pharmacy‑focused meetings, activation programs, and promotional events.
