Key responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service in line with Majid Al Futtaim standards.
• Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when needed.
• Achieve and exceed set sales targets through creative selling techniques.
• Utilise thorough product knowledge to up‑sell and cross‑sell merchandise.
• Maintain store standards, including cleanliness, tidiness and stock replenishment.
• Comply with security policies to minimise stock loss.
• Recommend and locate merchandise from other Majid Al Futtaim fashion brands when required.

Required profile

• High School Certificate.
• 1‑2 years of retail or related industry experience.
• Good communication skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation.
